Bill and family purchased the ajoining old Newbold property and homestead in 2011, first settled and built by Bill's Great-Grandfather Samuel Letts Dawkins, and home of WJ Dawkins.
The old limestone stables on the property were the site of the first Newbold Sale in 1945. We will be celebrating our 70th Annual On-Property Sale in 2014.
