Newbold 129/06 continues to improve his figures 18.5 -0.7 1.2 C+212. Look for his progeny this year!

Newbold Hercules II 170/03 C+202 has died. He has been used in 14 flocks with great results. Two sons are in use at Newbold. 272/06 C+ 212 and a PWWT 18.6, he is outstanding, and 493/06 C+206 great balance of figures, a very tall ram, sold to Kurralea.

Past Newbold stud master Louise Close passed away on the 17 th May 2007, she was 93 years of age. She was a remarkable woman and stud breeder,always endevoring to improve the lamb industry. She is survived by four sons and nine grandchildren. See her story in the History section.

Newbold 10/08 1st prize lamb Gawler show has been selected for sheep CRC trials. Semen is now available.
Newbold has purchased the Sydney Texel Champion Wongarra 28/07. He is a tall solid correct ram. He has also been selcted for the sheep CRC.
Semen packages are also available.

Newbold's 2009 team is one of its best ever.There are many very high index rams available.Stud rams have a high of 208 and average 190. Flock rams average 175.

The Annual On Property Sale will be held on October 1st 2009 commencing at 1.00pm. Flock rams are available for private sale before and after the OP sale.
